I’m so glad you asked!

“Aren’t you just going to make me eat a ton of kale and run 5 miles a day?”

Absolutely not!

Not unless that is what you want to do and feel works best for your body. I personally love kale but loathe running.

The purpose of a Wellness Coach is to be your supportive mentor who helps you feel your best through food and lifestyle changes and personal one-on-one encouragement.

My job is to help you reach your goals through supportive and professional guidance and accountability.

Wellness is more than just food and exercise. Its cultivating joy and balance.

Wellness coaches help in all areas like relationships, finance, creative spaces, stress management, organization and all things in between.

It’s relationships, joy, stress management, creativity, financial peace, community, career, and more.

My goal is to help you reach your goals and live your most vibrant and fulfilling life!
